WHAT A TWIT

A women goes to a doctor and complains about a persistent gas problem. The doctor asks her if she has recently changed her diet. She answers no! The doctor asks: Do you get regular exercise? She says: Yes. The doctor says: I'll be back in a couple of minutes. Five minutes later he comes back into the room with a long pole with a hook on the end of it. Looking very worried the woman asks: Just what do you think your going to do with that? What do you think I'm going to do replies the doctor, I'm going to open a window, it stinks in here.
